      • National City Chamber of Commerce Building (National City). The firm has been selected to design a new 10,000 square foot center in the heart of downtown.

      • Campbell Landing Hotel (San Diego). M+C has been selected to plan and design a 1,200 guestroom convention center headquarters’ hotel. The new 4-star, 40-story hotel will be located adjacent to the San Diego Convention Center.

      • Student Union for Cuyamaca College (San Diego) – M+C has been selected to provide a feasibility study of a 15,000 square foot student union building.

      • Ritz Carlton Hotel (Harbor Island). The firm is retaining to design a 14-story, 434-guest room resort and business hotel. The site on Harbor Island captures spectacular views of downtown San Diego and the Pacific Ocean.

      • Third Avenue Office Complex (Chula Vista) - The firm has been selected to design a six-story, 130,000 square foot, class A office building in the heart of downtown.

      • Costa Mesa Hotel (Costa Mesa) – M+C has been selected to design a 10-story, 350 room hotel. The $40 million project will contain nearly a quarter million square feet of program.

      • Hyatt Regency Hotel (Oceanside) – M+C has been selected to design a 10-story, 400 room luxury hotel on the bluffs of Oceanside. The $50 million project will contain nearly one half million square feet of program.
      • San Ysidro High School (Chula Vista) – M+C has been selected by the Board of Trustee of the Sweetwater Union High School District to plan and design a new 9-12 comprehensive high school for 2,400 students.

      • Miramar Landfill Master Plan (San Diego) – M+C has been selected by the City of San Diego to provide master planning services for this 120 acre site.
      • City Heights Library (San Diego) – M+C has been selected to design the new 15,000 square foot facility.

      • State of California Correctional Facility (Adelanto) - M+C has been selected to design the new 500 bed, minimum security facility.

      • Hyatt Regency Hotel Expansion (San Diego) – M+C has been selected to design a 33-story, 750 room luxury hotel along San Diego Bay. The $110 million project will contain nearly one million square feet of program.

      • State of California Correctional Facility (MacFarland) - M+C has been selected to design the new 500 bed, minimum security facility.

      • 25th Street Police Station (San Diego) – M+C has been selected to design a 15,000 square foot police station in Barrio Logan.
      • Space Planning for Republican National Convention (San Diego) – M+C has been selected by the City of San Diego to provide space planning services for their bid to host this event in 1996.
      • Space Planning for San Diego Data Processing Corp. (San Diego) – M+C has been selected by the City of San Diego to provide space planning services for 50,000 square feet of tenant uses.

      • Samsung TV Plant (Tijuana) – M+C has been selected by Samsung Industries to design a 10,000 sq. m. plant in El Florido.
