Arthur Martinez received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois, Campaign Urbana. During his senior year, he studied at Unite Perdagogique D’Architecture 3 in Versailles, France. He is a licensed architect in the State of California.
Mr. Martinez joined M+C in 2006 and is working on the India and Beech project for Asaro Development. Located in the Little Italy section of San Diego, it is a 27-story condominium tower with ground floor retail / commercial space.
Prior to joining M+C, Art worked on commercial, educational and residential projects. His experience includes town homes, condominiums, tract homes, apartments, retirement hotels, office buildings, tenant improvements, restaurants, church additions, and commercial master planning. Art has strong capabilities in handling all aspects of a project, including: design, construction documents, specifications, shop drawings, field supervision, project management, and administration. He is efficient in Autocad and has permit processing expertise with city, county and state agencies.
