Rich Guerena received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California. He is a licensed architect in the State of California, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
Since joining M+C in 1997, Rich has worked on the Master Plan and Conditional Use Permit for Saint Augustine High School, a three-phase plan for expansion and modernization. He participated in the Centre City Development Permits for M2i, a 7-story 230-unit condominium project that is now occupied; Celagio, a 10-story 44-unit condominium project; and Elle, a 23-story 180-unit condominium tower. Recently, Rich completed construction administration on Fahrenheit, a 7-story 77-unit condominium project in downtown San Diego. He continues to be involved in studies for mid- to high-rise urban housing in the downtown San Diego Area.
Prior to joining M+C full time, Rich worked at M+C as an intern while in high school and college.
